We create 14K/18K gold and 925 sterling silver pieces set with natural and lab-created gemstones, worn by customers across the US, UK, and Australia. We don't just sell jewelry — we tell stories. We're building a brand that looks and feels world-class, and our content is how the world meets us first. We're now looking for a Content Creator Intern who is bold, confident, creative, and genuinely loves being in front of a camera — someone who doesn't just understand content but is content.
The Role
This isn't a behind-the-scenes support role. This is a front-and-center creative position where you will ideate, shoot, and publish content across STONED's major social media platforms — every single day. You will be the face, the voice, and the creative energy of the brand on screen. You'll work directly alongside the founder, planning content together, experimenting with new formats, and continuously pushing the brand's creative boundaries.
If you light up in front of a camera, have a natural sense of aesthetics, and can turn a piece of jewelry into a compelling story in under 30 seconds — this role is built for you.

- Instagram — Reels, Stories, Carousels, Close Friends, Collabs
- Facebook — Short videos, product posts, brand storytelling
- Pinterest — Video pins, aesthetic boards, lifestyle content
- YouTube Shorts (bonus)
- LinkedIn — Brand-building content for B2B audience (bonus)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
On-Camera Content
- Be the face of STONED's content — appear confidently on camera for Reels, product showcases, unboxings, try-ons, BTS clips, and storytelling videos
- Deliver natural, engaging, on-brand performances — no stiff scripts, just real energy
- Shoot daily short-form videos that are scroll-stopping, trend-aware, and aesthetically on point
- Bring personality and confidence to every frame — the camera should love you as much as you love it
Ideation & Planning
- Sit with the founder regularly to co-create the content roadmap — what goes live today, what we're building toward this week, what trend we're jumping on next
- Bring fresh content ideas every single day — new formats, hooks, concepts, series
- Build and maintain a running content idea bank — never let the pipeline go dry
- Research competitors and aspirational brands to identify content gaps and opportunities
Shooting & Editing
- Self-shoot or collaborate on shoots — comfortable directing yourself and setting up basic shots
- Edit content using CapCut, InShot, or equivalent — transitions, text overlays, audio sync, color grading
- Ensure every piece of content meets STONED's visual and tonal standards before posting
- Adapt content formats for each platform — what works as a Reel may need resizing or reediting for Pinterest or Facebook
Trends & Experimentation
- Stay obsessively updated on trending audio, formats, transitions, and challenges
- Be the first in the room to say "we should do this" — and then actually go do it
- Test new ideas weekly, observe what lands, and feed those learnings back into the strategy
- Blend global trends with STONED's luxury fine jewelry aesthetic — trendy but never off-brand
Community & Engagement
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and replies — in STONED's voice
- Participate in creator collaborations, duets, and brand partnership content where relevant
- Help identify micro-influencers and creators whose aesthetic aligns with STONED
Who We're Looking For
- Genuinely confident on camera — this is non-negotiable. You are comfortable, natural, and engaging in front of a lens without direction
- An active content creator — you already create content, even if just for yourself. Your Instagram, your drafts folder, your camera roll — it shows
- Strong aesthetic instinct — you understand what looks good, what feels right, and what fits a luxury jewelry brand
- Trend-obsessed — you know what's working on Instagram and Pinterest right now, today, this week
- High energy and self-driven — you don't need to be pushed to create; you're already making things
- Comfortable with basic video editing tools — CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Storytelling ability — you can make people feel something in a 15-second clip
- Collaborative and open to feedback — you'll be working closely with the founder daily
- Bonus: genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, gemstones, or luxury lifestyle

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Mass Communication, Fashion, Marketing, Fine Arts, or any related field
- 0–1 year of content creation experience (personal projects, college content, social pages — all count)
- Instagram handle or content portfolio — mandatory
