We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Meet with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements. Present and demonstrate products or services to clients. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales effectively. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered). Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
