Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverage recipes with consistency and quality.
- Lead, train, and supervise baristas to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, equipment handling, and latte art.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest preferences and feedback.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies; place orders when needed.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and in proper working condition.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices at the bar counter.
- Develop seasonal/innovative beverage recipes in line with brand standards.
- Handle cash/ billing at the counter when required.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work shifts for the barista team.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support business goals and promotions.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
