Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage daily operations across all branches
· Supervise and guide the counselling and support team
· Ensure accurate documentation and application processing
· Maintain and update records and CRM systems
· Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency
· Monitor team performance and set targets for conversions
· Collaborate with marketing team for lead management and conversions
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, admissions) for lead conversion
· Ensure error-free application processing and timely submissions
· Support strategic planning and expansion initiatives as directed by leadership
· Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the Director
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
· Min 2 years of experience in education consultancy or overseas admissions
· Experience in handling student counselling operations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
