Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Execute digital and offline marketing activities to promote company products and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business development events.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Lead generation and business development experience.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Digital marketing and social media marketing exposure.
- Experience in B2B sales and industrial products/services.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
