ROLE: Influencer Marketing Specialist
(Strategy + performance | Mid–Senior level)
Location: Mumbai (Office)
Role Overview:
You’ll own influencer marketing at FLiCKA from creator strategy to campaign performance. This is a thinking + execution role, not just coordination.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and scale FLiCKA’s influencer strategy
- Identify high-impact creators (not just high followers)
- Plan campaigns (From launches to performance tracking)
- Create influencer briefs that lead to high-quality content
- Track metrics: engagement, saves, clicks, conversions
- Optimize creator mix based on ROI, not hype
- Work closely with founders, performance & content teams
You’re a Good Fit If:
- You’ve scaled influencer programs before
- You understand UGC vs influencer vs creator-led performance
- You can look at content and say “this will convert”
- You’re data-driven but creatively sharp
- You think long-term creator relationships > one-off posts
Experience:
3–6 years in influencer/creator marketing
D2C beauty, fashion, or lifestyle experience preferred
Proven track record of results, not just campaigns
