Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Manage material usage and site inventory.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Incharge or Site Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to handle manpower and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹13,087.58 - ₹50,000.00 per month
