Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation systems and workflows.
Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, and third-party platforms.
Develop intelligent workflows using AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms, and custom scripts.
Automate repetitive business operations to improve productivity and reduce manual dependency.
Work on chatbot automation, AI agents, process optimization, and workflow orchestration.
Manage automation pipelines, testing, debugging, deployment, and monitoring.
Handle confidential company data, logic structures, internal systems, and automation architecture securely.
Collaborate with management, operations, HR, sales, and technical teams for process automation requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of workflows, automations, credentials handling, and system architecture.
Continuously research and implement new AI technologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
Ensure system scalability, efficiency, reliability, and data security standards.

Strong understanding of AI automation concepts and workflow architecture.
Experience with automation tools such as:

Zapier

Power Automate
LangChain
OpenAI APIs
AI Agents / LLM workflows
Knowledge of APIs, JSON, webhooks, databases, and integrations.
Basic to advanced programming knowledge in:
Python
JavaScript
Node.js (preferred)
Understanding of CRM, Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp API, and cloud-based systems.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong analytical thinking and execution capability.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
