Job Overview :
We are looking for a creative and skilled SketchUp 3D Visualizer & AI Content Designer to create high-quality 3D construction and architectural videos that clearly explain building methods, materials, and installation processes. This is a remote freelance opportunity for candidates with a background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or 3D Visualization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create realistic 3D construction and architectural videos using SketchUp.
- Develop AI-enhanced visual presentations and animations explaining construction methods.
- Showcase material close-ups, installation processes, engineering workflows, and application scenarios.
- Create design comparisons, process flows, performance charts, and technical visualizations.
- Clearly communicate construction techniques and product advantages through engaging visuals.
- Use the latest AI tools and modern visualization software to improve quality and productivity.
- Maintain organized project files and reusable design assets.
Requirements :
- Good knowledge of SketchUp (mandatory).
- Experience with 3D rendering or animation software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and video creation tools.
- Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and creative visualization skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
