Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our Inbound Process. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, addressing queries, and providing effective resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
- Resolve complaints and ensure quick turnaround time
- Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines
- Record and update customer details in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate/Post graduate
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
