We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Restaurant Billing Staff member to handle billing operations, customer payments, and basic front-desk support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience using POS billing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer bills accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and online payments
- Maintain daily billing and payment records
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order updates
- Answer customer queries regarding bills and payments
- Ensure the cash counter is clean and organized
- Report billing discrepancies to management
- Assist with basic reception or takeaway order handling when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant billing/cashier role preferred
- Basic computer and POS software knowledge
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
