Job Role
- Audit tickets, Voice Bot, Chat Bot logs, and chat/email interactions as per SOP
- Attend weekly calibration sessions
- Report red alert transactions
- Identify and highlight improvement areas for processes and policies based on audits
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or diploma holder
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Quality Auditor in a contact centre in E-commerce
- Understanding of feedback and coaching processes in customer service
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and basic MS Office tools
- Knowledge of quality concepts such as audits, sampling, calibration, repeatability & reproducibility, rebuttal management, etc.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
- Good analytical, reasoning, and fact-finding skills
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities
Note:
Multilingual candidates preferred; proficiency in Marathi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Punjabi, or Bengali is an added advantage.
