Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy showroom sales executive who can handle walk-in customers, understand their needs, and close sales confidently. This is not a passive retail job—you are expected to drive sales, not just assist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and convert them into buyers
- Explain products clearly (toys, ride-ons, premium scale models)
- Upsell and cross-sell effectively
- Maintain showroom display and customer experience
- Follow up with potential customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in retail sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle demanding customers
- Sales mindset (not just “standing in store”)
Salary + Incentives:
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
