Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available variants.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- Assist customers with financing options, insurance, exchange offers, and vehicle documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license with the ability to conduct vehicle test drives.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, or two-wheeler sales.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, registration, and exchange processes.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or CRM platforms is an advantage.

- Monthly vehicle sales achievement.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
- Repeat business and referral generation.
- Timely CRM updates and follow-up completion.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
