We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing project delivery, site operations, budgets, client coordination, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, site teams, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Manage vendor performance and support procurement activities.
- Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, budgeting, and site operations.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
