Cleaning & Maintenance Staff – Luxury Apartments

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning & Maintenance Staff member to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our luxury apartment community. The candidate will help ensure all common areas and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, clubhouse, restrooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly
- Collect and dispose of waste properly
- Support routine inspections and ensure facilities meet high cleanliness and safety standards
- Respond professionally to resident requests and complaints
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in apartments, hotels, or facility maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and maintenance work
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks and equipment
