About the Company
Motherland Foundations & Realty is a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in premium plots, apartments, and investment opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who is passionate about customer interaction and lead conversion.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and investment benefits.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with interested customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/MS Excel regularly.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
