About the Role
We are seeking a highly responsible, punctual, and professional permanent driver to ensure safe and timely daily commutes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Greater Noida, Noida, and Delhi/NCR road networks, strict adherence to traffic laws, and a proven track record of maintaining personal and corporate vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Navigation: Safely operate the vehicle for daily commutes, business meetings, or family travel, primarily across Greater Noida, Noida, and the broader Delhi/NCR region.
- Route Planning: Proactively monitor live traffic to choose the most efficient routes and avoid heavy congestion on key routes (e.g., Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway).
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks on engine oil, brakes, coolant, and tire pressure. Ensure the car is washed, cleaned, and serviced on time.
- Compliance: strictly follow all traffic rules, maintain a valid driving license, and ensure valid vehicle documents (insurance, PUC, RC) are always in the car.
- Punctuality & Etiquette: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, wear a clean uniform (if required), and display professional, courteous behavior at all times.
- Errand Assistance: Assist with basic office or personal errands, loading/unloading luggage, and safely dropping off/picking up family members or colleagues when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal driver or chauffeur in the Delhi/NCR region.
- License: A valid, clean, and commercial/heavy-motor-vehicle (HMV/LMV) driving license with zero history of major traffic violations.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Greater Noida sectors, local landmarks, and major routes (e.g., Jewar Airport proximity, Pari Chowk, Knowledge Park).
- Language: Basic working knowledge of Hindi; understanding of English or local routes is a plus.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a police verification and background check prior to employment.
Working Hours
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (with 1 rotational weekly off).
- Shifts: Standard Day shift, though flexibility is required to accommodate occasional early morning or late-night travel.
