About the Role
Vynqe is looking for an AI/ML Engineer who enjoys building practical machine learning systems, intelligent workflows, and real-world AI applications. You will work closely with the founder and engineering team to develop behavioral intelligence, automation, and decision-support systems.
What You'll Do
- Build and improve AI/ML-powered features and workflows
- Develop data processing pipelines and automation systems
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets
- Build APIs and backend services for AI applications
- Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and intelligent agents
- Support model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship production-ready solutions
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles
- Strong Python programming skills
- Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and REST-based integrations
- Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Git and version control experience
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
Good to Have
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases
- FastAPI, Flask, or backend development experience
- Exposure to AI agents and workflow automation
- Cloud deployment basics (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
- Understanding of CRM systems, behavioral analytics, or scoring models
