DBS International School is a newly established institution committed to academic excellence and holistic development. The school currently offers Classes Nursery to VII and will expand progressively to higher grades in the coming years.
This is a Founding Principal position and is best suited for experienced educational leaders who are passionate about building and leading a growing CBSE institution from its formative stage.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership.
- Implement and monitor the CBSE curriculum while ensuring compliance with CBSE norms and regulations.
- Lead the CBSE affiliation process and maintain all statutory documentation.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student development.
- Build a positive school culture and maintain strong parent and community relationships.
- Work closely with the management to support the school's strategic growth and future expansion.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory; M.Ed. will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience.
- Minimum 5 years as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Experience with CBSE affiliation, inspections, and compliance is highly preferred.
- Experience in establishing or leading a new school will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020.
