Job Description:
Surekha Exports is hiring Field Engineers (Civil) for ongoing and upcoming construction projects across India. We are looking for motivated and technically skilled candidates who are willing to work at project sites and relocate as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams
- Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment
- Support timely completion of project schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Willing to travel and relocate for Pan India project sites
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
