Job Opening: Social Media Manager

Alfa Dispatch is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can confidently manage and grow our in-house digital presence.
This role is designed for results-driven professionals with proven hands-on industry experience- someone who doesn’t just post content but builds strategy, drives engagement, and delivers measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and organize a monthly content calendar for all platforms for leading automotive brands.
- Write high-retention scripts for product, founder, and influencer reels
- Plan and execute weekly content pipelines
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, reels, short videos).
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize content performance.
- Directly engage with potential clients via comments, DMs, and social media messaging to generate leads.
- Run Meta and Tik tok ads, write Blogs and light SEO
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Track, analyse, and report key social media metrics to measure growth and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage social media communities and respond promptly to customer queries.
- Manage Google Reviews: monitor, respond, and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Conduct research on upcoming automotive trends, new vehicle launches, and industry news to create timely and relevant content.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must Have Excellent English and Punjabi Communication
- Should have Own PC and good 100 MBPS internet connectivity.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms
- Knowledge of analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Pay: ₹16,377.07 - ₹22,150.43 per month
