We are hiring a Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering orders safely and on time while maintaining professional customer service standards. This role is suitable for candidates who are punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders within assigned areas
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Verify delivery details and collect required customer confirmations
- Maintain professional behavior with customers
- Follow delivery routes and company guidelines
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage
- Report completed deliveries and daily updates to supervisors
- Maintain delivery records and payment collections (if applicable)
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler preferred)
- Own bike and smartphone preferred
- Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
