Position: GeM Portal Executive / Government Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal operations.
- Search and identify relevant government tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Prepare and submit bids, tenders, quotations, and related documentation.
- Manage product catalog uploads, updates, pricing revisions, and compliance requirements on the GeM Portal.
- Coordinate with government departments and procurement authorities for business development.
- Monitor tender status, reverse auctions, and bid results.
- Process and manage government purchase orders received through GeM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of tenders, orders, contracts, and MIS reports.
- Develop relationships with government buyers to generate repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement policies.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in GeM Portal handling.
- Knowledge of Government Tenders, Bidding, and Procurement Processes.
- Strong documentation and compliance management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in Government Sales / B2G Sales preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
