The ideal candidate will lead L2/L3 support activities, drive issue resolution, manage stakeholder communication, and provide technical leadership across retail space management applications and associated technologies.

6+ years of experience in application support and software development.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting JDA Planogram and Floor Planning applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead L2 and L3 support for JDA 2017 Space Planning applications including:

Planogram Generator

Planogram Automation

Floor Planning

Space Planning modules

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues within SLA.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

Coordinate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Support application deployments, releases, and environment management.
-
Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues.
-
Develop and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
-
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Participate in on-call support and critical incident management when required.
