We are looking for hardworking and responsible Housekeeping Staff for our hospital. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in patient rooms, wards, operation areas, and hospital premises.
Responsibilities
- Clean patient rooms, wards, corridors, and waiting areas
- Maintain cleanliness in washrooms and common areas
- Dispose medical waste as per hospital guidelines
- Mop, sweep, and disinfect floors regularly
- Change bed sheets and maintain hygiene standards
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Follow hospital safety and infection control rules
- Inform supervisor about damages or repairs needed
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass
- Experience in hospital / hotel / housekeeping preferred
- Physically fit and able to work on shifts
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work in team
- Discipline and punctuality required
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in hospital housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning machines
- Experience in infection control cleaning
