About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation. You will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings and supporting the design team in delivering high-quality project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop accurate architectural drafting as per project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality construction documents.
- Support continuous improvement by following company drafting standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture (Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- OR
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2–3 years of experience in an architectural firm.
- Note: Only experience in architectural drafting will be considered. (Site execution experience will not be considered.)
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting and construction drawings.
- Basic understanding of structural drawings.
- Experience in preparing construction documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
