Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Spare Parts Manager for a leading automobile dealership in NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, inventory management, and dealership operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth parts availability, managing inventory, and leading the spare parts team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete spare parts department and daily operations.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure parts availability.
- Monitor stock movement and place orders as required.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of genuine spare parts.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare MIS reports.
- Reduce inventory losses and control obsolete stock.
- Lead and supervise the spare parts team.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and processes.
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
Eligibility
- Experience: 7–12 years in Spare Parts Management within an automobile dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory control.
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office, Email).
- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
