We are seeking a compassionate and qualified School Psychology Counsellor to support the emotional, social, behavioral, and academic well-being of students. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators to promote positive mental health, provide counseling services, and create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students for academic, emotional, behavioral, and social concerns.
- Conduct psychological assessments and identify students requiring additional support.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for students with learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Conduct workshops and awareness programs on mental health, stress management, life skills, bullying prevention, and career readiness.
- Maintain confidential student records and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
- Refer students to external mental health professionals or specialists when necessary.
- Promote an inclusive, positive, and student-centered school environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff training, and school activities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or School Psychology.
- Diploma or certification in Guidance and Counselling is preferred.
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred where applicable.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a school or child counseling setting is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
