Job Summary:
Responsible for managing procurement, inventory, canteen operations, and general administration to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure materials and essential supplies required for daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain stock records, inventory levels, and proper storage of materials
- Create indents and generate purchase orders through ERP system
- Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation in ERP
- Oversee day-to-day canteen operations, hygiene, and food quality
- Monitor consumption patterns and control wastage
- Handle general administrative activities and facility coordination
- Manage and supervise canteen staff and support manpower
- Ensure proper duty allocation, attendance, and discipline of staff
- MIS report making.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin/purchase/stores/canteen operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems for indenting and purchase orders
- Experience in manpower handling and basic administration
- Good coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured and responsible manner
