Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to lead and manage industrial automation project execution at customer locations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation project installation and commissioning activities at site.
- Manage site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with customers regarding project schedules, technical requirements, and site readiness.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Monitor electrical, robotic, PLC, HMI, and SCADA-related activities.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
- Prepare progress reports and submit updates to management.
- Support project handover and customer acceptance activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and project execution.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, and Control Panels.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and customer locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FANUC, Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, or Rockwell automation systems.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and robotic automation projects.
- Knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
