Job Description
Shemford Futuristic School is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Co-Teacher for our Pre-Primary section. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children and supporting the class teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in conducting daily classroom activities.
- Support children in their learning, play, and overall development.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Prepare teaching aids and learning materials.
- Assist with classroom displays, activity planning, and student assessments.
- Supervise students during meals, outdoor activities, and dispersal.
- Communicate professionally with teachers and school staff.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Eligibility
- Graduation in any discipline (NTT/ECCE certification preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and passionate about working with young children.
- Candidates residing in or near Gurugram will be preferred.
Salary
- Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
