Job Summary
The Business Head - National Admissions will lead and manage the organisation's overall student admissions strategy across India. The role involves driving student enrollment, developing admissions partnerships managing regional admissions teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the organisation's national presence in the educational sector for nationa admissions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales management, business development, and strategic planning skills with experience in admissions, education consulting, or overseas education industries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement national admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets
- Create annual business plans. sales forecasts. and arowth strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas across India
- Build long-term partnerships with colleges and educational institutions.
Admissions & Sales Management
- Lead and oversee regional admission managers anc counsellors.
- Monitor admission performance, conversion rates. and team productivity
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annua admission targets.
- Improve student acquisition and retention strategies
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities and institutiona tie-ups.
- Develop strateaic alliances with institutions. universities and education partners
- Expand the company's franchise or branch network if applicable.
- Represent the companv at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Team Management
- Recruit. train. mentor. and evaluate admission teams. Set KPIs and performance qoals for regional teams Build a high-performance sales and counselling culture. Operations & Reporting
- Monitor CRM systems, lead management, and reporting structures.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
- Prepare management reports and present business performance insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and admission standards.
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, webinars, and branding activities
- Plan regional promotional activities to maximise student outreach.
Reauired Oualifications
Bachelor's dearee in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Master's degree preferred (MBA/Management preferred) 5-10+ years of experience in admissions, education management, national admissions, or business development.
Experience in managing multi-location or nationa admission operations preferred.
