Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Website & Digital Marketing Sales Executives / Tele-Callers to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our digital services, generating business leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
- Promote website development and digital marketing services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain and pitch services including:
- Website Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Google Ads & PPC Campaigns
- Branding & Online Promotion
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain customer databases and daily call reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing services.
- Ability to explain technical services in simple language.
- Confidence in handling client conversations.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in website sales or digital marketing sales preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or business development is an advantage.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent qualification.
- Sales or marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
