Key Responsibilities
1. Plant HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining, onboarding, transfers, promotions and separation.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes at the plant.
- Manage employee attendance, shift schedules, leave and manpower deployment.
2. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Manage employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Handle worker-related issues, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Manage interaction with worker representatives, unions and employee committees.
- Ensure compliance with standing orders and applicable labour regulations.
3. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Plan manpower requirements based on production and business needs.
- Recruit operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors and managerial employees.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and hiring agencies.
- Develop manpower budgets and monitor hiring against approved requirements.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Factory Act and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with government authorities and labour inspectors when required.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and documentation.
5. Contract Labour Management
- Manage contract workforce and manpower agencies.
- Ensure proper documentation, attendance, wage payments and statutory compliance.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with labour regulations.
6. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Drive performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
- Identify training and development requirements for plant employees.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives.
- Support succession planning and talent development.
7. HR MIS & Analytics
- Prepare HR MIS covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, manpower cost and recruitment.
- Track HR KPIs and provide reports to plant/business leadership.
- Analyse manpower productivity and identify areas for improvement.
8. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Manage salary structures, incentives, overtime and employee benefits.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory deductions.
9. Safety & Workplace Culture
- Work closely with EHS/Safety teams to promote a safe working environment.
- Support safety training and employee awareness initiatives.
- Build a positive and disciplined workplace culture.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
