About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the IT industry and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, hands-on experience with HRMS tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Administer attendance, leave management, and employee data through HRMS platforms.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support initiatives related to employee well-being, recognition, and retention.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Assist in the performance appraisal and feedback process.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support to employees and managers.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain healthy employee relations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as greytHR or similar platforms.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
- Prior experience in a technology services or product-based organization will be an added advantage.
