SECURITY IN-CHARGE

Position: Security In-Charge
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the complete security operations of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and assets.
- Lead, brief, and monitor security guards and ensure proper deployment as per duty rosters and operational requirements.
- Maintain strict access control for guests, employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles entering or leaving the premises.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the property, including entrances, exits, parking areas, guest areas, back-of-house areas, and other critical locations.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure timely reporting and investigation of suspicious activities, incidents, theft, damage, or security breaches.
- Prepare and maintain security records, incident reports, visitor registers, key registers, and daily security logs.
- Coordinate with management, local authorities, police, fire services, and emergency agencies whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, emergency response, evacuation procedures, and other safety protocols.
- Conduct regular briefings and training for security staff regarding discipline, grooming, emergency procedures, and security standards.
- Handle emergencies and security incidents calmly and effectively, taking immediate preventive and corrective action.
- Ensure all security equipment, access-control systems, communication devices, and emergency equipment are properly maintained and functional.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Management or General Manager.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in a security supervisory or Security In-Charge role, preferably in a hotel, resort, club, or corporate environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.
- Ability to manage and discipline a team of security personnel.
- Physically fit, alert, responsible, and professionally groomed.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
