Responsibilities
- Mix design preparation — IS 10262:2009 for M20, M25, M30, M35
- Cube casting + 7-day + 28-day testing (IS 516)
- Slump test every truck at plant + site (IS 1199)
- Raw material testing — sand sieve analysis, agg gradation
- QC register maintenance — digital (Google Sheets) + physical
- Cube certificate delivery to clients after 28-day results
- Failure protocol — core test, NDT, structural engineer coordination
- IS 4926:2003 + IS 456:2000 compliance ensure
Requirements
- B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil with 2–4 years RMC/concrete QC experience preferred
- IS 456 + IS 4926 + IS 10262 practical knowledge — mandatory
- Cube testing hands-on experience — non-negotiable
- NABL lab coordination experience — preferred

Pay: ₹14,192.01 - ₹32,000.00 per month
