Job Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented
Human Resources Associate – Talent Management to execute and manage key people processes across the employee lifecycle.
This role is suited for someone who is
highly organized, strong with follow-ups, and takes ownership of ensuring tasks and timelines are driven to closure without gaps.
This role
involves working on time-sensitive processes where consistent follow-through is critical.
Key Responsibilities

Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, and exits
-
Maintain and update employee data on HRMS (Darwinbox) with high accuracy
-
Follow through on assigned tasks and ensure completion within defined timelines
-
Coordinate with managers and teams to collect required inputs and close processes
-
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation
-
Maintain trackers, records, and documentation for ongoing processes
-
Support preparation of basic reports, summaries, and internal updates
-
Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and process guidelines
Key Skills & Qualifications
-
1.5–3 years of experience in HR (HR Ops / Talent Management / HRBP support)

Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with accuracy

Good follow-up skills and ability to ensure closure of assigned work
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
-
Strong coordination and communication skills
-
Working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Excel / PowerPoint

Experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (good to have)

Someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
