Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida Sector-63. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a recruitment consultancy and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This role requires a target-oriented professional who can manage the complete recruitment cycle and deliver quality closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles within TAT.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Must have worked with a Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing Firm.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and screening techniques.
