Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into clients by understanding their business needs and presenting suitable IT solutions.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Present the company's IT services and explain their benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in reporting tools.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in IT Sales or B2B Sales is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
Apart from the fixed salary, attractive incentives will be provided for every lead successfully converted into a client.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
