We're looking for a passionate Social Science teacher to inspire and educate students in grades 6-10. As a Social Science teacher, you'll create engaging lesson plans, deliver interactive lectures, and assess student progress in subjects like history, geography, civics, and economics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans
- Teach social science concepts, promoting critical thinking and analytical skills
- Assess student performance, providing constructive feedback
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage student participation, debates, and discussions
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and best teaching practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bacelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification or license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
