Key Responsibilities:-
- Teach courses in: Supply Chain Management / Logistics & Operations Management / Procurement & Inventory Management / Business Communication / Professional Communication & Soft Skills /Organizational Communication.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Mentor and guide students for projects, internships, and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals/conferences.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and departmental activities.
- Organize seminars, FDPs, industry interactions, and communication workshops.
- Collaborate with industry professionals for practical exposure and placements.
Preferred Skills:-
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP, logistics systems, or SCM analytics tools.
- Experience in business communication training and corporate grooming.
- Ability to teach using case studies and experiential learning methods.
- Research aptitude and publication record.
- Industry exposure in SCM, operations, logistics, or corporate communication is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
