Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned CTO / Group IT Head to lead the organization's technology strategy across multiple business verticals. The role involves driving digital transformation, IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and innovation while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's IT & Digital Transformation strategy.
- Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.).
- Drive automation, AI, analytics, and technology innovation to improve business efficiency.
- Ensure IT governance, data security, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments.
- Lead and mentor IT teams across corporate offices and project locations.
- Partner with business leaders to implement technology-driven solutions.
Desired Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- 15–20 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or diversified business groups preferred.
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, ERP implementation, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
