Qualification: BSW / MSW
Experience: 3–4 years in Community Development, Public Health, or NGO Operations.Key Responsibilities1. Project Implementation & Excellence
· Lead and supervise all Mobile Health Units (MHU) within Bangalore cluster.
· Ensure the MHUs adhere to the Mobile 1000 SOPs, ensuring high-quality primary healthcare delivery to the underserved.
· Conduct regular field visits to monitor the performance of the medical teams and ensure the van is positioned at designated sites.
2. Human Resource & Team Management
· Manage the full recruitment life cycle for project staff (Doctors, Nurses, Drivers, and Lab Technicians) in Ahmedabad,Gujarat.
· Maintain a robust Locum (Backup) Roster to ensure that no MHU is grounded due to staff absenteeism.
· Supervise team discipline, performance reviews, and act as the primary HR point of contact for the state.
3. Data Management & Compliance
· Ensure 100% accuracy and timely submission (by the 25th of every month) of:
o Patient Register (Electronic & Manual)
o Medicine Inventory & Consumption Logs
o Driver Log Books & Fuel Records
o Lab/Diagnostic Reports
· Ensure the "Daily Reporting SMS/App" updates are sent to the Mumbai Head Office as per Foundation protocols.
4. Government & Stakeholder Liaisoning
· Represent Wockhardt Foundation before local municipal bodies (MCD/NDMC), Health Departments, and CMOs.
· Represent Wockhardt Foundation before the principal donor updating about the progress of the project.
· Secure all necessary permissions/NOCs for MHU movement and site parking.
· Build strong relationships with local community leaders and NGOs to increase patient footfall.
5. Financial & Asset Oversight
· Audit and verify all field expenses and bills before submission to the Mumbai Head Office.
· Manage vehicle maintenance; in the event of a breakdown, arrange for immediate repairs or alternative vehicle support to ensure service continuity.
6. Public Health Monitoring
· Identify and report emerging health trends/outbreaks in the Bangalore operational areas to the Head Office.
· Organize and lead health awareness camps and community education sessions.

· Leadership: Ability to manage a remote team and drive accountability.
· Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English (written and verbal) for reporting and liaisoning.
· Problem Solving: Quick thinking of issues in MHU operations or staff emergencies on the fly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,138.09 per month
