Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage back office teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Optimize processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness across back office operations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-regional teams to facilitate seamless operations and communication.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders on operational performance and strategy initiatives.
- Promote technology adoption within back office operations to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Engage with key stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, particularly in a back office environment.
- Proven track record of managing international operations and leading diverse teams effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to navigate complex operational challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in BPO or shared services leadership roles.
- Operations management experience across multi-regional sites.
- Familiarity with the business cultures of the Middle East, China, Africa, and Europe is highly desirable.
