Job Summary
A Sales and Project Coordinator in a solar company supports the sales team and oversees the coordination of solar installation projects from initial customer inquiry through project completion. This role ensures smooth communication between customers, sales representatives, engineering, procurement, and installation teams while maintaining schedules, documentation, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential and commercial solar projects from sales to installation.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Schedule site surveys, installations, inspections, and project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates and resolving inquiries.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate material deliveries when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and project progress reports.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and support warranty or service requests.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and project coordination(preferred) Fresher's can also apply
- Familiarity with solar installation processes, permitting, and customer service is an advantage.
