Oversee planning, coordination, and execution while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Drive timely, on-budget completion with strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory norms.Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the 22-storey residential project from concept to completion.
- Team Management
- Lead and coordinate a diverse team of engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Budget and Schedule Management
- Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Quality Control and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns promptly.
- Problem-Solving
- Proactively address challenges or delays and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Must Have
Essential requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 12–15 years of project management experience, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; diploma preferable with experience in Mivan shuttering.
- Skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications
- PMP or similar project management certifications are preferred.
