Senior Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹20,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Lead client acquisition efforts and manage key accounts independently
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable packaging solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
- Mentor and guide junior business development staff
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
