About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to support our Events & Outreach team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our education events, generate qualified leads, and confirm registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using the provided database.
- Introduce the company's education events, fairs, and outreach initiatives.
- Generate qualified leads and encourage event registrations.
- Follow up with existing leads to maximize participation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide event-related information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
- Support the team with basic market research and data collection as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident telephone etiquette and student/parent handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or event promotions.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
